By creating an account, browsing content, using the community chat, or interacting with any feature of the Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. You must be at least 13 years old to use this Service.

Esoterea uses artificial intelligence (Google Gemini) to generate horoscope readings, dream interpretations, news articles, and other content. This AI-generated content is provided for entertainment, inspiration, and general informational purposes only.

The Esoterea News Engine (Autonomous News Correspondent) aggregates and synthesizes content from public RSS feeds and open-access sources including astronomical databases, space weather services, and astrology publications. All synthesized articles are:

• Rewritten with greater than 70% divergence from source material
• Reviewed by an editorial approval system before publication
• Attributed to their original sources with the format: “Synthesized by Esoterea AI from [Source Name]”
• Limited to one short verbatim quote (under 15 words) per article for factual grounding

Underlying factual astronomical and scientific data remains in the public domain. The unique synthetic narrative, visual prompts, and editorial presentation are the intellectual property of Esoterea.

4. User Accounts & Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account. When you sign in via Google Authentication, you agree to provide accurate information. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. You must not:

• Share your account credentials with others
• Create multiple accounts to circumvent reading cooldowns
• Impersonate other users or Esoterea staff in community chat
• Use automated tools to access the Service beyond normal usage

The Esoterea community chat is a shared space. By participating, you agree to:

• Treat all community members with respect and civility
• Refrain from posting spam, harassment, hate speech, or explicit content
• Not share personal information of others without consent
• Accept that chat messages are publicly visible to all users and may be moderated

We reserve the right to remove any content and suspend accounts that violate these guidelines without prior notice.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on Esoterea — including but not limited to the website design, logos, AI-generated text, image prompts, the “Cosmic Guide AI” system, and the overall editorial voice — is the property of Esoterea or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without explicit written permission.

User-submitted chat messages remain the property of their authors, but by posting them you grant Esoterea a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, store, and moderate that content within the Service.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Esoterea does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Esoterea shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.

8. Termination
